Right from the booking process, the service at Griso Collection was excellent and very helpful throughout my 3 days and nights stay. The staff assisted with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and even arranged airport shuttles.

The hotel's location is perfect right at the boardwalk on the quiet side of town. The rooms were just unbelievable, with a large balcony perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine at sunset, an enormous space with a hot tub built-in, a huge TV, and a massive bed. However, the breakfast room was small for the money.

I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the hot tub on the balcony was just incredible. Although I received drink vouchers, it was a bit disappointing that the bar and dining room weren't open at 6 PM. I easily found a local supermarket for snacks and drinks to keep in my room, which was convenient. The shower with a view of the lake was a unique touch that I loved.
